Stopped for dinner on the Friday of May long weekend. Food and service were excellent. Saved to my google map favourites. Will be back again for sure . Highly recommend the Chicken Taco salad .
We had the pot roast and nacho chips with bbq pulled pork. The food was excellent! Huge portions, home cooked meals! Food price was on the higher side but well worth it!
We were just driving through, looking for somewhere to eat and came upon this place, and what a great restaurant. The service was excellent, very friendly and fast, and the food was delicious. When they tell you the pot pie is huge, it's HUGE, lol. I've never seen a pot pie that big. I couldn't even eat half it because it was so big. Not just big but full of everything, including big chunks of delicious chicken, they dont skimp on filling. They make it fresh, so there is a 30-minute wait on it, but it is 100% worth the waitress. The best pot pie I have ever eaten. The ribs and chicken were really, really delicious also. Highly highly recommended this restaurant. We will be back the next time we are in the area.
A nice place to grab some home-style grub! We actually saw it reviewed by Beard meets Food, and decided to give it a try. Not disappointed! There is a food challenge, but Valentine's Day didn't seem like the right time to try it. :D The schnitzel was good, served with pasta, why not! The dessert was really good. Service was great, super warm and friendly. Reservations are recommended, I think we lucked out and got a table without one. Dining room is simple and functional with lots of parking out front, and easy access to Hwy 7 and the 115.
Server was absolutely wonderful! Welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. I wish I got her name. We had everything we needed as soon as we needed it. Restaurant was very clean and tidy including the washrooms. Food came out quickly, presentation was great, and flavours were spot-on. We will100% go back to Marty Moo's when in Peterborough again.
We stopped here to eat on our way to Ottawa and we had an excellent experience. Kallista was very nice and super friendly, the food was great. They have the biggest chicken pot pie that I ever had in my life :) we also had BBQ Nachos - delicious, and a kids pizza. Pictures attached ;) Thank you! We’ll definitely come back when we are around.
Absolutely amazing. Couldn’t be better. Delicious food, fair prices, great service and so enjoyable. We were on the road from Ottawa to Toronto and I didn’t expect such a great experience. Although I was completely full I regret why I didn’t try their fried cheesecake. Definitely come back soon
Loved the server!! She even sang a little song about pie The waffle fries were amazing, the vegetables were perfectly roasted fresh vegetables not frozen and the pies were the best restaurant pie I've ever eaten, we tried three and lived all of them. Everyone enjoyed their meal immensely.
